Members receive meeting details in monthly newsletters, if you are not yet a member but would like to attend a meet, we ask that you please contact MFA for event details so we can estimate meeting attendance. Introduction to Falconry Workshop
Saturday, Oct. 17 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Spend a day with members of the club to learn about this fascinating hunting sport, to see if you are ready to start your own falconry journey. You'll learn about the regulations of the sport, housing and captive care needs of various raptor species commonly flown, as well as training techniques and background information about raptor natural history and behavior.
Ages 14+ (adult required w/ anyone under 18) $30/MFA member; $50/non-member (lunch included) Space is limited!
